dining experience elevated above the sands. With panoramic views of the shimmering sea, guests enjoy
breakfast, lunch and dinner in a tranquil atmosphere, surrounded by the gentle rustle of palm leaves and the
soothing melody of waves.
The French-Singhalese fusion is also evident in our cuisine: Tharuka and his team conjure up
extraordinary meals to delight our guests. Only the best and freshest ingredients, mostly organic, often
from our own garden, are put on the table.
As former chef of a 5-star resort in the Maldives, Tharuka passes on his knowledge and skills to his

Breakfast + Lunch
We are happy to offer you a daily mix of Sri Lankan and Continental Breakfast. Besides coffee or tea, fresh fruit juice and fruit plate, your choice of eggs, toast with butter and homemade jam you can expect a taste of Sri Lankan breakfast specialties like string hopper, roti, dosha, kiribath and much more.
If you are hungry during the day you can choose lunch or little snacks from our Lunch Menu.
Dinner
Even the chef Tharuka only knows what's for dinner when he has seen the freshest ingredients on the market or the catch of the day of the fishermen nearby. But one thing's for sure: The four course Dinner Menu of Amanta Beach surprises every evening with unique creations and extraordinary, freestyle recipes. Our “Menu Surprise” consisting of soup, starter, main course and dessert, will revive your taste buds. We are completely flexible and happy to adjust our menu to accommodate vegetarians or vegans.
